Charlie Bui
Charlie is a burgeoning and imaginative force in the Real Estate realm. Commencing his journey in the construction business in 2019, he swiftly discovered his fervor for Real Estate, transforming it into a lifelong career.
In 2021, Charlie made a strategic move to join Seeto Realty, where his competence has been consistently demonstrated. Here, he also met Alex, and the dynamic duo soon decided to team up and founded Texas Ace Team. Shortly, in two years, he has successfully orchestrated the sale of more than 100 houses, both independently and collaboratively with the Texas ACE Team.
Expanding his horizons further, Charlie became part of eXp Realty in 2022. Grounded in the belief that success is a product of relentless practice and accumulated experiences, Charlie, in his early 20s, has become a shareholder in numerous residential and commercial estates. His multifaceted role as a seller, buyer, and investor equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from the perspective of his clients, enabling him to adeptly cater to their needs.
Charlie's life mottos include honesty, diligence, and an insatiable enthusiasm for learning. Despite early triumphs, he remains committed to continuous growth and is steadfastly building a robust foundation in Real Estate. Recently, Charlie has ventured into the realm of commercial real estate, showcasing his proactive approach and adept problem-solving skills to enhance client experiences. He is an esteemed member of prominent local real estate groups, including Viet Commercial Real Estate and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
Beyond his bustling professional life, Charlie is deeply engaged in social work, particularly in giving back to the Vietnamese community. His reputation for community involvement is earned through active participation in various local social and charity events. Adding to his dynamic persona, Charlie is a spirited member of VN United, a Vietnamese soccer team in Dallas, actively participating in both local and out-of-state tournaments.
In 2022, Charlie's quest for knowledge led him to join eXp Realty, where he continues to expand his expertise into the realm of Commercial Real Estate.
