David Fan

David was born in Lubbock, TX, and lived in Virginia before growing up in Queens, NYC. His academic journey began at the prestigious Bronx High School of Science, where he graduated with a focus on science and mathematics. David went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stony Brook University, a renowned institution for pre-medical studies. Initially dedicated to a pre-med path, he moved to Dallas, TX, in 2015 to pursue medical school. However, he had a change of heart and shifted his focus to the business world.

David quickly excelled in the corporate sector, becoming a top producer and earning the distinction of being ranked #1 in the country in sales for medical device and pharmaceutical services.

In 2019, David discovered an opportunity in real estate investing. He entered the industry as a private money lender and capital partner, personally lending up to $1MM across various real estate projects. By 2022, David had earned his real estate license, specializing in commercial and residential brokerage and investments.

Today, David owns and manages a portfolio of Section 8 rental properties in the DFW metroplex and operates luxury short-term and medium-term furnished rentals. He is also a partner in luxury single-family home flips and development projects in North Dallas, where he plays a key role as a capital raiser.
