Arriving in the U.S in 2003, Kyle started his educational journey in Indiana. In 2013, he moved to Texas and started attending Collin College, obtained an Associate degree despite realizing that traditional schooling wasn't for him. Instead, he grew a huge passion with the real estate industry.
Before acquiring his realtor license, Kyle was deeply immersed in real estate as an investor. He proudly achieving the ownership of six properties before turning 30. 2019 came with the challenges posed by the pandemic served as a catalyst for a significant expansion in his real estate endeavors. Recognizing the opportunity, Kyle seized the chance to invest and delved into leasing, consolidating his expertise in this specialized niche.
A decade-long experience in customer service jobs and entrepreneurship have armed Kyle with a solid foundation in understanding and meeting client needs. He seamlessly translates these skills into his real estate services, ensuring a customer-centric approach, and enhances his real estate practice. These experience allows him to tailor his services to a wide range of client needs.
However, Kyle's expertise goes beyond the conventional. He also dons the hat of a roofing specialist, adding another layer of insight to his comprehensive understanding of homes. Currently, Kyle also serves as a roofing specialist at HK Roofing. This unique perspective enables him to provide clients with valuable insights into the structural aspects of potential homes, ensuring a well-rounded and informed decision-making process.
Beyond the realms of real estate, Kyle is an avid traveler. His global explorations and extensive road trips across America provide him with a broader perspective that enriches his understanding of diverse lifestyles and preferences. He briefly worked as an Uber driver, a chance for him to learn all about DFW Metroplex.
