Thomas Hong
Thomas Hong is a dedicated professional with a diverse background, beginning his journey at the Fishery University in Vietnam, where he earned a degree in marine biology. His education equipped him with a deep understanding of marine ecosystems, and he applied this knowledge to his early career in the aquaculture industry.
Thomas started as a Sales Representative for Skretting, a global leader in aquatic food solutions based in Norway. His communication skills, ability to understand clients' needs, and commitment to delivering high-quality service allowed him to rise quickly within the company. He was soon promoted to Sales Manager.
His expertise in negotiation and problem-solving became significant assets, allowing him to overcome challenges and drive success for both his clients and his company.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Thomas has always believed that patience, continuous learning, and dedication to his clients' best interests are key to achieving long-term success. These values have been a constant throughout his career, enabling him to build strong relationships and trust with clients.
In late 2016, Thomas and his family moved to the United States. Settling in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he quickly adapted to his new environment. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to invest in real estate, specifically focusing on rental properties. Over the years, Thomas gained extensive experience in managing these properties, handling everything from tenant relations to property maintenance and repairs. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensured that each property was well-maintained, benefiting both tenants and property owners.
Further expanding his professional portfolio, Thomas co-founded and manages a seafood restaurant called King’s Crab Shark. He also worked as a pharmacy technician at Walgreen Pharmacy. This role allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail and improve his multitasking abilities, further enhancing his problem-solving skills.
In May 2024, Thomas embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Exp Realty and the Texas Ace Team as a Realtor. His goal is to provide personalized real estate consulting and support to the Vietnamese community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With his extensive knowledge of the real estate market, combined with his dedication to his clients’ best interests, Thomas is committed to helping individuals and families find their dream homes. He brings a unique combination of business acumen, real estate expertise, and a deep sense of community service to his role as a Realtor, ensuring that his clients receive the highest level of support and guidance.
